What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

FREE Delivery is available for orders above RM100 (after discount) for West Malaysia except for the following conditions: Additional postage is required for Peninsular Malaysia for: a) Herb compress rock (tungku herba batu). tungku batu and tungku garam batu. b) Extra Bulky (by volumetric weight) For orders below RM100, RM8 is incurred for West Malaysia. East Malaysia and International orders are not entitled to free postage. East Malaysia: a) Postage applies for all East Malaysia postcodes.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can either pay via: Credit Card or Online Banking. If you decide to pay using method ATM/bank transfer, please send us your payment slip to

How long will delivery take?

3-5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. 5-6 weeks for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.

Can i cancel my order?

Cancellation of orders can only be made within 4 hours from the time of ordering. Orders exceeding 4 hours may be rejected for cancellation as per our team’s discretion. Cancellation charges are 2% from the total order cost and RM2.00 per item cancelled.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Check the status of your order by following these steps:

  1. Sign In to your account.
  2. Click on your ‘account’ on top right of website header.
  3. Click on Your Order for your order summary.
  4. Alternatively, do check your email inbox for a Shipped Order notification with a tracking number. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

Go to the Login Page and then click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link.
